PGF2a ELISA

The PGF2a ELISA kit is a colorimetric competitive enzyme immunoassay kit with results in < 3 hours. Absorbance is read at 405 nm. Broad dynamic range is suitable for a wide variety of sample types. Ready-to-use liquid color-coded reagents are safe, non-radioactive, and reduce laboratory errors. The PGF2a ELISA is for Research Use Only.

For the quantitative determination of PGF2a in culture supernatants, plasma, serum, saliva, and urine from any species. Cited sample types include cell lysate1 and whole blood2.
