Background

PEPperCHIP® Transglutaminase Microarrays contain HA, c-Myc and polio peptides as standard controls, usually arranged as frame around the main content.According to the PEPperCHIP® Immunoassay Protocol, we recommend the staining of these microarray controls after the main assays by incubation with suited antibodies. The PEPperCHIP® Staining Kit provides a monoclonal anti-HA antibody either labeled with Cy5 for standard microarray scanners (wavelengths 532 nm and 635 nm), or with infrared dyes DyLight 680 for microarray scanners like the LI-COR Odyssey scanners (wavelengths 700 nm and 800 nm). The polio peptide is a common epitope of the polio vaccine strain and is bound by IgG antibodies present in most human sera.
