pBLooK™ LED Transilluminator

pBLooK™ is a remarkable blue light LED transilluminator (Fig. 1) for nucleic acid detection with non-UV excitation conditions, hence, no damage to your DNA fragments. The excitation wavelength of the device is 470 nm, the best excitation condition suitable for most of all commercial fluorescent DNA staining dye. The special designed can inspect the amplification result in tube after PCR reaction. User can observe the signal simultaneously through the amber filter on cover frame. Accordingly, amaR OnePCR systems would be recommended to use from the initiation step, for the best detection condition.
