The ORACLE™ system is the first ever rapid fat analyzer that requires absolutely no method development and delivers reference chemistry accuracy, regardless of sample matrix or composition. Simply press the run arrow and the ORACLE determines an accurate and precise fat result in thirty seconds. The ORACLE can be paired with the SMART 6™ analyzer for combined rapid fat and moisture/solids analysis in less than five minutes.
Features
· Rapid results: 30 second analysis
· Accurately analyze any sample from 0.02 – 100.00% fat
· Exceptional precision: better repeatability than wet chemical extraction techniques
· Meets various AOAC and ISO requirements
ISO International Standard
· Technology meets ISO 16756 | IDF 259
· Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill pulse sequence, as outlined in ISO 16756/IDF 259, is an advanced TD-NMR technique that is able to induce a measurable response of fat molecules. The ORACLE system is the only commercially available fat analyzer that utilizes this technology, providing reference extraction method accuracy, without matrix specific calibrations or solvents, in under a minute.
Simple to Use
· No method development
· Method development is not required for accurate analysis with the ORACLE system. Other alternative rapid techniques are unable to fully isolate fat from other components, which is why extensive calibration development is often required. Validated by a wide sample range, the advanced NMR technology offered by ORACLE delivers reference-level accuracy with greater precision than even traditional extraction methods. By eliminating differences caused by various sample matrices and user to user variability, the ORACLE simplifies your laboratory workflow.
The ORACLE can also be paired with a robot for unattended fat analysis of up to 100 samples per batch.
Unique Technology
· Breakthrough using TD-NMR
· Specialized ORACLE NMR technology completely isolates the detection of the proton signal in fat molecules from all other compositional proton sources (i.e. protein, carbohydrate, ash), making a universal fat analyzer possible. Adapting the CPMG pulse sequence allows for direct total fat analysis, providing an alternative to reference methods, such as Mojonnier, Weibull-Berntrop, Rose-Gottlieb, and others. In addition, no solvents are utilized, a critical safety improvement over traditional extractions.
Rapid and Accurate
· Analyze any sample in under a minute
· Rapid results from the ORACLE correlate highly to various CRM results, demonstrating viability of the method across a wide range of sample types and fat content. Thousands of samples have been successfully validated globally, leading to improvements in laboratory workflows and increased precision and repeatability compared to traditional fat analysis methods. Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
