Mouse tPA Genetically Deficient Spleen is prepared from a tPA knockout mouse. This Tissue Plasminogen Activator (tPA) Knockout was created by targeted disruption of the PLAT gene. Mutations were then confirmed using PCR genotyping and Sanger sequencing. Flash-frozen immediately upon removal.
