          Methyl phosphate can be also used for aminoalkyl phosphoramidate oligonucleotide modification that can be introduced post-synthetic modification. Similar pathway for post syn­thetic labeling was applied using H-phosphonate strategy.

          Deprotection Conditions:

          For natural phospodiester: use thiophenol solution (Catalog # RN-1465) to thoroughly remove the P-Methoxy groups prior to ammonia base deprotection.
          In the anti-sense study, the neutral phosphate triester backbone displayed high nuclease resistance and improved cellular uptake.
          For P-Methoxy phospodiester oligonucleotides: use PAC protected methyl phosphoramidites in combination with our ammonia free deprotection solution.
