        • Human recombinant progelatinase A is expressed in Sf9-insect cells using the baculovirus expression vector system and purified from cell culture supernatant. The full-length recombinant proenzyme consists of 631 amino acids. β-Casein and Gelatin zymography; Recommendation: 5 µl MMP2 (2.5 µU) for β-Casein zymography and 2 µl MMP2 (1 µU) for Gelatin-zymography.
