Hardy Diagnostics Middlebrook 7H9 Broth and Middlebrook 7H9 Broth with Tween® 80 are recommended for use in the cultivation of Mycobacterium spp. from sterile fluids. The media are also used for preparing dilutions of mycobacteria for antimicrobial testing.
