      • Overview
        • Flt3-Ligand Mouse Recombinant produced in E. Coli is non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 163 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18587 Dalton. Flt3-Ligand is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. FLT3 ligand is a receptor for the fl cytokine has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity & a growth factor that regulates proliferation of early hematopoietic cells. Flt3-Ligand synergizes with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation.

          Purification
Greater than 98.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
          Formulation
The FLT3L Mouse protein was lyophilized without any additives.
          Storage
Lyophilized Flt3-Ligand although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Flt-3 Ligand should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

          * For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic/therapeutics procedures.

      • Applications
        • Application Description
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Flt3-Ligand in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. The ED50, calculated by the dose-dependent proliferation of mouse AML5 cells is 1.3-2.0ng/ml.
