The maleimide activated Streptavidin ML is designed for direct conjugation of any biopolymer or small molecule containing free sulfhydryl groups for use in biotin-streptavidin based assay.Streptavidin has been modified with BMPS (N-(β-maleimidopropyloxy) succinimide ester) to attach 2-4 maleimide groups per streptavidin molecule.
The product is sold as 1 vial of 1 mg (CM52401-1MG) or 5 vials of 1 mg (CM52401-5MG).
