m-PEG3-Sulfone-PEG3-azide PEG derivative containing sulfone and azide moieties. The sulfone can be reacted with thiol groups of proteins. The azide can be reacted with alkynes, DBCO and BCN for copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
