CYLD (CYLD Lysine 63 Deubiquitinase) is a deubiquitinase that specifically cleaves Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains, and plays an important role in the regulation of pathways leading to NF-kappa-B activation. Mutations in CYLD gene have been associated with cylindromatosis, multiple familial trichoepithelioma, and Brooke-Spiegler syndrome.
This lentivirus expresses human CYLD sgRNA under the control of the U6 promoter, Cas9 nuclease and puromycin under the control of the EF1a promoter.Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
