Ready-to-use recombinant lentiviral CB iPSC virus supernatant: Pretested high-titer concentrated virus. 100ul is enough for 2-5 experiments. The viral vector is optimized for efficient CB 34+ cell iPSC induction and any minor design deviation from this vector will lead to complete failure of iPSC induction. The combination of Lenti-SFFV-Oct4-2A-Sox2 and Lenti-SFFV-Myc-2A-KLF4 is able to efficiently generate iPS Cells from many different types of cells from humans, mice and rats.
