      • Overview
        • Mass Spectrometer for Analysis of Inorganic Compound
The ACE 3000 ICP-MS is a mass spectrometer dedicated to inorganic element analysis capable of simultaneous multi-element analysis of trace inorganic element components. In our overall living environment (air, water quality, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc.), we analyze heavy metal components harmful to the human body as well as ultrafine element components such as the semiconductor industry.
          Technical background
Using 6000–8000K high-temperature inductively coupled plasma (ICP) using argon gas as an ion source, a liquid sample is aerosolized through a nebulizer and a spray chamber, then introduced into the plasma to measure ionized atoms in high-temperature plasma according to mass to charge ratio.

The ACE 3000 ICP-MS is the first and only ICP-MS developed with pure domestic technology in Korea, capable of analyzing trace elemental components at ppt (10-12) levels.
As a leading elemental analysis instrument, it is essential for analyzing hazardous heavy metals in fields closely related to our daily lives, such as the environment, food, and cosmetics.
Additionally, it is a key instrument required for the fourth industrial revolution in sectors like semiconductor analysis, displays, and secondary batteries.

          Collision Reaction Cell
Depending on the type and flow rate of Collision Gas in the Collision Reaction Cell, the Matrix component reacts with the Gas to have a different mass value, eliminating interference from substances that interfere with trace analysis.

          Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer
As environmental threats from fine dust and microplastics rapidly increase, environmental regulations on hazardous elements and nanoparticles are being strengthened, especially in advanced countries.
Consequently, the utilization of ICP-MS is rising across various fields. ICP-MS is primarily used for the analysis and detection of hazardous substances
such as mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic, and selenium, which can affect the human body even in trace amounts, in everyday areas such as the environment, food, and cosmetics.

          ACE 3000 ICP-MS Software
PC program on the ACE 3000 ICP-MS for processing the analysis results of samples.
Using separate dedicated software, allows convenient operate the analysis result in the data processing process, analysis method setup, etc.
