      • Overview
        • Interferons (IFNs) are pleiotropic cytokines that plays important roles in variety of biologic activities, including innate and adaptive immune responses, organogenesis and tumor development. IFN responses are amplified by an autocrine loop with IFN-beta as the priming cytokine. This IFN beta-firefly luciferase reporter lentivirus expresses firefly luciferase under the control of human IFN beta promoter. It can be used to monitor the regulation of IFN beta expression.
