      • Overview
        • Successful recombinant protein expression depends on factors such as codon preference, RNA secondary structure, GC content in heterologous expression systems. The results of many experiments proved that the expression level of the codon-optimized cDNA was significantly increased compared with that of pre-optimization, by 2 times to 100 times depending on the genes. Amerigo Scientific offers artificially synthesized codon-optimized cDNA clones (cloned in E. coli expression Vector).
          ▪ Codon-optimized cDNA/DNA can produce higher yield of recombinant protein. The cDNA/DNA clones are cloned into E. coli expression vector with 6x His-tag and ready-to-use for recombinant protein production.
          ▪ Codon-optimized cDNA/DNA can be used as a RNAi-assistance in validating the function of RNAi due to its ~30% difference in cDNA sequence when compared with original cDNA/DNA.
