        • Successful recombinant protein expression depends on factors such as codon preference, RNA secondary structure, GC content in heterologous expression systems. The results of many experiments proved that the expression level of the codon-optimized cDNA was significantly increased compared with that of pre-optimization, by 2 times to 100 times depending on the genes.           ▪ Codon-optimized cDNA/DNA can produce higher yield of recombinant protein. The cDNA/DNA clones are cloned into E. coli expression vector with 6x His-tag and ready-to-use for recombinant protein production.
