Monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) is a new antimitotic auristatin derivative with a charged C-terminal phenylalanine residue that attenuates its cytotoxic activity compared to its uncharged counterpart MMAE (see references 1 & 2). This HRP-MMAF conjugate with a stable thiol ether bond is designed with similar linker chemistry as ADCs prepared by our customer using our Antibody Mc-MMAF Conjugation Kit (Cat#: CM11422). This conjugate is synthesized for the customer's usage in horseradish peroxidase (HRP) based assays. A long flexible PEG linker is also incorporated in the conjugate to retain the HRP activity and MMAF binding. The final conjugate is HPLC-purified to obtain 1:1 MMAF-labeled HRP conjugate, and it is lyophilized from PBS containing sugar-based stabilizer for easy shipping and storage.
The product is sold as 1 vial of 0.5 mg (Cat# CM53216-0.5MG) or 4 vials of 0.5 mg (Cat# CM53216-2MG). For bulk orders, please contact us for a quote.
