      • Overview
        • D09100301 is a feed with high fat (40kcal% mustly Primex), high fructose (20kcal%) and high cholesterol, which is specially used to make nonalcoholic fatty liver model. Fructose is not regulated by glycolysis pathway after ingestion. No matter how much you eat, acetyl coenzyme A, the carbon skeleton that is directly converted into fat, makes liver cells synthesize triglycerides all the time, that is, the main carrier of fat. As the rate of fat synthesis in the liver exceeds the rate of fat transport, fat gradually accumulates in the liver to form fatty liver, accompanied by hypertriglyceridemia. On the whole, the nonalcoholic fatty liver made from this feed is more suitable for the physiological process of fatty liver in modern human body, so it is widely used by researchers and pharmaceutical companies. D09100310 replaces the shortening in D09100301 with palm oil of the same weight. Because the shortening contains a large amount of trans fatty acids, it does not conform to people's daily diet. Therefore, replacing the shortening with palm oil can also produce fatty liver and even liver fibrosis. D09100310 is the most suitable substitute for D09100301.
