dGTP BrilliantDye™ Cycle Sequencing Kits (v1.1 and v3.1) are designed and optimized for challenging sequence templates, by replacing the dITP with dGTP. dGTP BrilliantDye™ Terminator (v3.1) Cycle Sequencing Kit provides the reagents (BrilliantDye Terminator, 5x sequencing buffer, DNA polymerase, pGEM control, M13 control primer) required for Sanger Sequencing of G- en GT-rich sequence templates, in a ready for use pre-mixed format. dGTP BrilliantDye™ Terminator (v3.1) Cycle Sequencing Kit is conveniently offered in low to medium-throughput packaging, for 100 and 1,000 reactions respectively.

Compatibility
