BSA-SN38 Conjugate

SN38, the active metabolite of irinotecan, is a chemotherapeutic agent primarily used for colorectal cancer treatment. As a topoisomerase I inhibitor, SN38 interferes with DNA replication, ultimately leading to cancer cell death. The BSA-SN38 conjugate is designed using linker chemistry similar to that of ADCs and PDCs which can be produced using our SN38 Conjugation Kits (Cat#: CM11408, CM11430). It is synthesized and intended for immunization or immunoassay applications. The final conjugate is lyophilized from a citrate buffer for convenient shipping, storage, and reconstitution
