        • Brij™ 35 is a nonionic polyoxyethylene detergent used in membrane protein extraction as a component of cell lysis buffers. It is also commonly used in HPLC applications, including Stein-Moore chromatography, for amino acid analysis. Brij™ 35 has an aggregation number of 40; it has a Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC) of 0.091mM and is supplied as a 30% solution (w:v).
