Bovine Type I Collagen Solution 6mg/mL is a sterile filtered, ready to use solution of Type I atelocollagen with a mid-range concentration, thereby facilitating production of mid-firm hydrogels as compared to our lower and higher concentration variations. Sourced from closed/controlled herds in the United States, this product is approximately 97% Type I collagen, 3% Type III. Supplied in hydrochloric acid with pH 2. Suitable for use as a solid gel or to prepare thin layers for cell culture.
