      • Overview
        • Blue Bestarose FF is an affinity resin based on agarose and use Cibacron Blue 3GA as ligand. It has the characteristics of physical and chemical stability, low ligand leakage, long service life, and a wide range of applications. This resin can bind proteins through specific interactions, as well as non-specifically bind proteins through charges and hydrophobic interactions. Blue Bestarose FF has been widely used in the separation and purification of various proteins, including dehydrogenase, kinase, transferase, serum albumin, interferon and plasma protein.
