Biotin-PEG-Thiol, MW 2K is a PEG derivative amine and biotin moieties. The biotin group is used for the conjugation of proteins and can also be used for chemical labeling. The thiol group can react with maleimides, disulfides, haloacteamides and other thiol groups. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound.
