BioCore Protein A is based on monodispersed, wide-pore, PS/DVB spherical particles, combined with advanced surface modification technology using alkaline-resistant recombinant protein A. It is designed for fast titer analysis of monoclo- nal antibodies (mAb) and Fc fusion proteins.
Biocore protein A is a kind of high performance protein A affinity chromatographic column, which is based on monodisperse macroporous high cross-linking PS / DVB microspheres, coated with neutral hydrophilic coating, and then bonded with a special alkali resistant recombinant protein A affinity group by epoxy reaction. It is suitable for high-speed titer analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and Fc fusion proteins.
