Azido-Phenyl-Amido-S-S-Sulfo-NHS is a water-soluble, cleavable cross-linker. The aryl azide can be photo-activated with UV light (250 to 350 nm) for conjugation with biomolecules. The sulfo-NHS ester improves water solubility and can be reacted with nucleophiles for labeling applications. The disulfide bond can be cleaved via reducing agents.
