Azide-PEG-amine TFA salt, MW 5K is a PEG derivative with azide and amine end groups. The azide can participate in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry with alkynes. The amine can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and other carbonyl compounds. The hydrophilic PEG chain increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
