          Application Description
          ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
          WB-Approx 100+38kDa bands observed in Human Liver lysates. Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.5µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. We believe the two observed bands represent two breakdown fragments.
          IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Kidney. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
