    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Approx 90kDa band observed in Human Brain, Human Heart and Human Ovary and Mouse Brain lysates. Recommended concentration: 1.0-3.0µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Rat Brain for this particular batch.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Prostate. Recommended concentration: 5-8µg/ml.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
