    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Approx 45kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat for this particular batch.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Liver and Small Intestine. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
    IF-Immunofluorescence: Testing has shown that this antibody stains mitochondria in Mouse NIH3T3 cells at 10µg/ml.
