          Application Description
          ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.
          WB-Preliminary experiments in Human Testis, Prostate and Placenta lysates gave no specific signal but low background at antibody concentration up to 1µg/ml.
          IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of A431 and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
          FC-Flow cytometric analysis of A431 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
