    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.
    WB-No signal obtained yet but low background observed in Human Testis and U937 lysates at up to 1µg/ml. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field-have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows textured nuclear staining of the primary spermatocytes. Recommended concentration, 2-4µg/ml.
    IF-Immunoelectron microscopy: This product stained chromatoid bodies in Rat spermatids.
