    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Preliminary experiments gave an approx 40kDa band in Human Brain lysate at 0.3 ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 46kDda according to NP_071761.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Colon. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
