    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
    WB-Approx 120kDa and 50kDa bands seen in Jurkat cell lysate. Recommended for use at 0.2-1µg/ml. Please note that the weaker smaller band may represent a novel isoform of this protein and is in agreement with previous Western blot observations :4575-87).

STJ70180 staining (0.5µg/ml) of Jurkat lysate (RIPA buffer, 30µg total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.
