STJ70814 (0.2µg/ml) staining of human lymph node lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

HEK293 overexpressing SH2D1A (RC204723) and probed with STJ70814 (mock transfection in first lane), tested by Origene.

    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
    WB-Approx 16kDa band observed in Human Lymph Node lysates. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SH2D1A a band of approx. 17kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6µg/ml.
    IF-Immunoprecipitation:This antibody was deemed fit for IP under native conditions.
