    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
    WB-Preliminary experiments gave an approx 150kDa band in lysates of cell line MCF7 at 0.3-0.5µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for this band, given the calculated size of 115kDa according to NP_002471.1. The 150kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Skeletal Muscle. Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/ml.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of A431 and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
    FC-Flow cytometric analysis of HEK293 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
