    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Approx 100kDa band observed in Rat Duodenum lysates. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Recommended concentration: 1.0-3.0µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei and cytoplasm of HeLa and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
    FC-Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
