    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.
    WB-Approx 48kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Daudi and in preliminary testing of Mouse Spleen lysate (calculated MW of 44.7kDa according to Human NP_000256.4. This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IF-Immunofluorescence:Expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm and plasma membrane of NIH3T3 and RAW264.7 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
