CD8 participates in T-cell activation through its association with the T-cell receptor complex and protein tyrosine kinase lck.
Specificity: Anti-CD8a In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin (2.43) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD8a
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Isotype Control: Rat IgG2b In Vivo Isotype Control - Ultra Low Endotoxin [1-2] (ICH2243UL)
