    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
    WB-Approx 50kDa band observed in fetal Mouse Brain lysates and 35kDa plus fainter 50kDa bands in adult Mouse Brain lysates. The observed 35kDa band corresponds to the calculated MW of human isoform 2, but this size isoform has not yet been confirmed in Mouse. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing full-length Human MKRN1, a band of approx. 60kDa was observed. No bands were observed in mock-transfected HEK293 and the same band was observed using anti-DYKDDDDK tag antibody. Recommended concentration, 0.3-1µg/ml.
