          Application Description
          ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
          WB-Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx. 40kDa and 15kDa in Mouse Skeletal Muscle lysates after 0.01µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 27.2kDa according to NP_034909.2. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
          IHC-Paraffin embedded Mouse Skeletal Muscle. Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/ml.
