Stains non-cornifying squamous epithelium, cells in certain ciliated pseudo-stratifiedepithelia and ductal epithelia of various exocrine glands. In immuno-blotting experiments the antibodyrecognizes only keratin no. 4 (59kD) and does not show any cross reactivity with other cytokeratins:Vimentin, Desmin, GFAP and Neurofilament not detectable.Immunogen: Cytokeratin preparation purified form Human esophagus
