    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.
    WB-Approx 65kDa band observed in lysates of cell line MOLT4. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.Similar results were obtained with EB07847, which was developed against a different part of the protein.
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil shows textured staining in some nuclei of the lymphoid tissue. Recommended concentration, 2.5-3.8µg/ml.
