    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
    WB-Approx 75kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Daudi and in Mouse Spleen lysates. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the mmunising peptide, and corresponds to the glycosylated form as described in the literature Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
