    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
    WB-Approx 17kDa band observed in Human Brain and in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
    IHC-Frozen section of Human Hypothalamus shows staining of galaninergic axons in the human periventricular nucleus. Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.5µg/ml.
