    WB-Approx. 22kDa band observed in Human Brain, Liver and Placenta lysates. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows staining in the cytosol in some hepatocytes. Recommended concentration: 2-4µg/ml.
