    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
    WB-Approx. 150kDa band observed in Human Adipose lysates. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing FAM62A a band of approx. 120kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Placenta. Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/ml.
