    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
    WB-Approx. 38kDa band observed in Rat Brain and Human Testis lysates. This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources e.g. PMID: 11560857, Miyata et al. The 38kDa band is thought to correspond to the alpha chain of APOJ. Recommended concentration: 0.1-1µg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28kDa in Rat Brain. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
