    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.
    WB-Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Cerebellum and Kidney lysates. An additional band at 35kDa was observed in some lysates. Recommended concentration: 1-2µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Pancreas and Small Intestine. Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/ml.
    IF-FC-Flow cytometric analysis of A549 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
